Mad Tea Party (FP+)
Fantasyland
The Mad Tea Party at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom debut on October 1, 1971 in Fantasyland and is very similar to the one at Disneyland. If you enjoy spinning in circles really fast…then you have come to the right place. Enter the world of “Alice in Wonderland” as you sit inside a giant “tea cup” and spin and twirl to songs of the animated classic. The more you turn the wheel in the center of the “tea cup” the faster you will spin. The ride is roughly 1 1/2 minutes but to some people it feels like hours! Besides the amazing theming, this is similar to a lot of theme park attractions. FastPass+ is available but not necessarily needed as wait times rarely get over 20 minutes even at peak times.
Touring Tips
• If you are prone to any motion sickness especially when it comes to spinning, you may want to skip this one.
• FastPass+ is available but isn’t necessary as wait times are typically low.
