The highly anticipated Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge doesn’t open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios until the fall of 2019 but today Disney shared some information regarding the two premier attractions in the land.
Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Chairman Bob Chapek officially gave fans what they have been wanting to hear at today’s Destination D event held at the Walt Disney World Resort. The long known Millennium Falcon attraction will be called Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. The attraction will put guests in control of one of three unique and important roles aboard the famous starship. The teaser video below gives us a little glimpse of what we are to expect!
Chapek announced that the second signature attraction in the new land will be called Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will put guests into a battle between the First Order and the Resistance including a face-off with Kylo Ren.
