A new robot named ‘Mini-Max’ is joining the animated cast of Disney Channel’s Big Hero 6: The Series.  The first clip of the Mini-Max was introduced this past week at San Diego Comic Con during a panel featuring the creators of the popular animated series that originally debut on November 20, 2017.

We all know that Baymax was the creation of Tadashi Hamada but Mini-Max looks to have come from the mind of Hiro.  This small and mighty robot has the overall look of Baymax, minus the size, with blue eyes.  Mini-Max introduces himself as a “defender of justice” and poses in a very super-hero like way.

Mini-Max merchandise is also starting to pop up.  We picked up this adorable Mini-Max plush at the Disney Store this past weekend.  I am sure if he gains a bit of popularity we will be seeing more merchandise sooner than later.

The first Big Hero 6: The Series episode featuring Mini-Max will debut on August 25, 2018.  Will you be watching?  Talk about it in our all-new WDW Kingdom Forums!
