The rumors have been flying over the past few weeks about an innovative gondola system that is coming to Walt Disney World. Well, it looks like those rumors just might be true and happening sooner than you think.
The Orlando Sentinal is reporting that they have documents from the Reedy Creek Improvement District that do confirm that this project is going to happen. The gondola system would link Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and the lakeside area between Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
We already know that there is major construction planned for Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and it looks like this is one of those enhancements.
At this time there is no official information from Disney confirming (or denying) but it looks like this is inevitable. We will bring you more information as soon as it becomes available.
