Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter

Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory is located off the lobby of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter next to the Scat Cat’s Club. You will feel as if you walked right into Mardi Gras as you enter this prop warehouse themed quick service food court. Enjoy the sights of larger than life Mardi Gras props that hand above as you dine on such specialties as the breakfast platter and the chicken florentine quiche at breakfast, po’ boy sandwiches at lunch and gumbo, jambalaya and fried chicken for dinner. Just don’t forget about the famous beignets that can be enjoyed any time of the day from the bakery.
