Can I take advantage of Extra Magic Hours if I don’t have the Park Hopper Option?

If you do not have the Park Hopper option with your ticket you can only attend Extra Magic Hours if you start there in the morning or have been that specific park during the day.  For example, if you go to morning Extra Magic Hours at Magic Kingdom your ticket is only valid at the Magic Kingdom that day if you DO NOT have the Park Hopper Option.  Another example would be if you experienced Epcot during the day you CANNOT attend nighttime Extra Magic Hours at another park UNLESS you have the Park Hopper option.
