With so many dining options to choose from at Epcot its hard to imagine that Electric Umbrella would stand out as a great choice but these new additions might have you changing your mind. Disney just announced some exciting new menu items that for this Future World quick service dining location including a mojo pulled pork burger, brisket sandwich and a veggie quinoa salad.

The Mojo Pulled Pork Burger is a flame-broiled 1/3 lb angus burger topped with marinated mojo pork, drizzled with cilantro lime aïoli and served with french fries for $12.99. The Brisket Sandwich is a slow-cooked smoked beef brisket marinated in au jus and Guinness on top a toasted roll covered with homemade beer cheese and served with french fries for $10.99. Finally, the Veggie Quinoa Salad consists of cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and edamame drizzled with agave lime dressing for $9.99.
